We started Vizo with a simple frustration: most homework apps hand a kid the answer, and the kid copies it down and learns nothing. We wanted the opposite — a tutor that actually teaches.

Vizo is an AI tutor for middle and high school students in grades 6–12. When your child brings a problem — from algebra to chemistry, typed out or snapped as a photo of the textbook page — Vera doesn't just hand over the answer. She names the kind of problem it is, works through it one step at a time in plain language, checks her own work for accuracy, and checks that your child actually follows before moving on.
When they're ready, she gives them a similar problem to try completely on their own — no hints — and celebrates when they solve it themselves. That moment, a student realizing they can do it without help, is the whole point.
You're never in the dark
Alongside the tutor, every family gets a parent dashboard. You can see how much time your child studied this week, which subjects they worked through, and a short summary of each session — so "how was homework tonight?" stops being a guessing game. And each week, we'll send you a short, warm recap of what they accomplished.
